Commercial disclosure

Today nobody pays for anything in this section. Kompanion has no commercial relationship with any regulator, operator, payment provider or supplier named in iGaming Intelligence, and no profile, position, field or comparison is paid for. If that changes, the rules below apply and every paid element carries a visible label.

What can never be bought

  • A place in any list, table or comparison, or a better position in one.
  • The removal or softening of a regulatory fact, such as a licence status, a sanction or a suspension.
  • The word "best", or any recommendation, for a company we have a commercial link with, unless a published method produces it.
  • A change to a fact without a source. Corrections go through the corrections process, paid or not.

What a paid service could look like

None of these exists today. If we add one, it will be announced on this page first:

  • Manual verification or a market-entry report done for one client. Requests are free now; if one needs paid work, we give the price before starting.
  • Data exports, an API or alerts about register changes.
  • A referral to a lawyer or service provider, made only with your explicit consent each time, and with any fee we receive disclosed to you.
  • A sponsored placement, shown with a "Sponsored" label, kept outside the fact tables and never mixed with editorial content.
  • Extra descriptive content on a company's own profile, which can never alter or hide the fact fields taken from registers and laws.

Requests and personal data

When you send a manual review request, we use your details only to answer it. We do not add you to a mailing list and do not pass your details to anyone without asking you first.

Editorial independence

Facts come from official registers, laws and regulators, ranked as described in the methodology. Editors decide what is published; a commercial partner, if there ever is one, has no say over the fact layer. Kompanion's general rules are in its editorial policy.
