Licences

iGaming licences by jurisdiction

A gambling licence is tied to the market whose players you serve, not to where your company sits. Each page here takes one jurisdiction and separates what the regulator states (fees, decision times, licence types, register entries) from what licence sellers claim. Great Britain is live; the other eleven open one by one as their official sources are added to the source registry.

What every licence page will show

  • Who needs the licence and which products it covers, in the regulator's words.
  • Regulator fees, kept apart from taxes, capital and reserves: they are different costs and never added into one "price".
  • Decision time with its source type: the regulator's own figure, or a market estimate marked as such.
  • How to verify a licence in the official register, and what that register does not tell you.
  • The official sources and the date we read them.

A side-by-side comparison opens once at least three jurisdictions are live: comparing one market with nothing would only repeat the Great Britain page.
