Report a correction
Anyone can report an error, including the company profiled. Send the field, the value you believe is correct and a source. Facts taken from an official register change when the register changes, so for those the quickest fix is usually with the regulator. We reply within three business days and log every correction with its date.
What happens next
- An editor checks your source against the record we used.
- If the official record supports the change, we update the profile and note the date.
- If the register itself is wrong, we tell you, and the profile keeps the register's value with a note until the regulator corrects it.
- Material errors are logged on the page they affected.
Corrections are never paid for, and paying is not a way to remove a fact. See the methodology.
