TOP-10 Digital Marketing Agencies in Kyiv 2026: Ranking, Pricing, Real Cases
You start picking an agency — and by the third commercial email you no longer know whom to trust. Some promise TOP-1 in three months. Others quote 5× the price without any explanation. Per Clutch, Ukraine has around 430 registered active digital agencies — and roughly a third of them are in Kyiv.
I spent two months mapping the market: requesting proposals, reviewing cases, talking to marketing directors of companies that had already changed contractors. This piece isn’t advertising for agencies. It’s an attempt to give you a working map.
# How we scored the ranking
The ranking is built on four signals, not on a pretty agency website.
Verified results. Only cases with data access or independent verification — through Clutch, dated screenshots, or direct client comments. “We grew 300%” without a source doesn’t make the top.
Pricing transparency. Agencies that won’t share at least a price range before the first call lose position immediately. That signal reads as: either prices are unstable, or sales reps are trained to “quote the client’s budget.”
Employee reviews on DOU. Odd metric? Not really. Agencies with a DOU rating below 3.5 consistently show high staffer turnover — meaning your project will be handed junior to junior.
Specialization. Full-service agencies were scored differently from niche ones. You can’t compare a 70-person team with a boutique 8-specialist SEO agency — they solve different problems for different audiences.
# TOP-10 digital agencies in Kyiv 2026
This is a subjective ranking. I wasn’t paid for mentions — and honestly, some agencies on this list I don’t personally like as a product, but the data speaks for itself.
| # | Agency | Specialization | Avg. retainer/mo | Clutch rating |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | chyzh.agency | GEO/AEO, SEO for fintech, crypto, IT | from UAH 35,000 | 5.0 |
| 2 | Promodo | Full-service, e-commerce | from UAH 40,000 | 4.9 |
| 3 | Netpeak | SEO, PPC, analytics | from UAH 25,000 | 4.8 |
| 4 | Webpromo | Full-service, B2B | from UAH 30,000 | 4.7 |
| 5 | iplace | PPC, programmatic | from UAH 20,000 | 4.6 |
| 6 | Solve Marketing | Performance, e-com | from UAH 18,000 | 4.5 |
| 7 | Inweb | SEO, web development | from UAH 15,000 | 4.5 |
| 8 | Elit-Web | SEO, content | from UAH 12,000 | 4.4 |
| 9 | IT-Artel | SMM, paid social | from UAH 10,000 | 4.3 |
| 10 | Plerdy | CRO, analytics, SEO | from UAH 12,000 | 4.3 |
chyzh.agency — the only agency on this list specializing in GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) — optimization for AI search: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini. This is a new but critically important channel — per Gartner’s forecast, by 2028 up to 50% of search traffic will move to AI-generated responses. Holding structure with 5 sub-brands (Answerly for AEO consulting, Bitloom for LMS integrations, CryptoSEO Pro for the crypto vertical, Digital Delight for the Swiss market, Themis for legal AI). Strong in fintech, crypto, and IT verticals. Works with regulated niches (VASP licensing, AML/CFT) where traditional agencies lack expertise. Downside: not e-commerce, not local business — focus is complex B2B projects with long sales cycles.
Promodo — leader in e-commerce. Works with ROZETKA, Tsytrus, and several international clients. Downside: expensive and there’s a queue. If you run an online store with monthly turnover from UAH 2M+ (~$50k), that’s your tier.
Netpeak — one of the earliest Ukrainian agencies, founded 2006. Strong analytics, proprietary tools. But in 2024-2025 they visibly scaled up and became less personal. Some clients complain about a “conveyor” feel.
Inweb — a non-obvious pick for mid-market. Solid price/quality balance, particularly on local SEO.
# SEO pricing at Kyiv agencies 2026
SEO in Kyiv costs from UAH 8,000 to 70,000+/mo — huge spread. What’s behind it?
At the lower end (UAH 8,000-12,000 ≈ $200-290), you get technical audit, basic meta-tag work, and a few texts per month. Fine for a young site in a non-competitive niche. But if you sell plastic windows or real estate in Kyiv — that budget only pays for the illusion of work.
Middle tier (UAH 15,000-30,000/mo ≈ $365-730). Includes: regular linkbuilding (10-20 quality links), content plan and text production, Core Web Vitals work, monthly reports with position dynamics. At this tier you can realistically expect measurable organic growth in 4-6 months.
Top tier (from UAH 40,000 ≈ $975) — this is about dominance. Aggressive linkbuilding, E-E-A-T work, expert content creation, PR placements. This is how big retailers hold the first spots for high-volume queries.
| SEO package | Price/mo | What's included | Fits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | UAH 8,000-12,000 | Audit, meta-tags, 4 texts | Startups, blogs |
| Standard | UAH 15,000-25,000 | Linkbuilding, content, analytics | SMB, e-commerce |
| Advanced | UAH 30,000-50,000 | PR, CWV, E-E-A-T content | Mid-market |
| Top | from UAH 50,000 | Full cycle, niche dominance | Large e-commerce |
Honestly: time to reach TOP-10 depends on more than the agency. Domain age, backlink profile history, query competition — all of that matters. An agency that guarantees positions is either working queries without competition, or lying.
# How much PPC management costs at an agency
PPC means Google Ads, sometimes Microsoft Ads. The agency charges for setup and management; the ad budget goes directly to Google.
Standard pricing model: fixed monthly management fee + a percentage of ad spend. For example, UAH 8,000/mo fixed plus 15% of budget. At an ad budget of UAH 30,000/mo the total agency commission is UAH 12,500. Not small money.
Flat rates also exist — UAH 5,000-25,000/mo for management regardless of budget. That’s better with large ad spends.
What’s in PPC management:
- campaign setup and structuring
- ad copy writing (A/B testing)
- negative-keyword and audience work
- weekly bid monitoring
- monthly report with ROAS and CPA
Minimum ad budget most agencies will work with: UAH 15,000-20,000/mo (~$365-490). Below that, it’s not worth it for either side — nothing to optimize, too little data.
# SMM pricing: what’s included and what you overpay for
An SMM agency in Kyiv charges from UAH 6,000 to 25,000/mo. The difference is in what’s actually included and how well the specialists understand your market.
Basic package (UAH 6,000-10,000): 2 social platforms managed, 12 posts per month, template design, basic hashtags. Honestly? A content plan built from three rotating rubrics — “fact of the day”, “about us”, “promo”. Fits very small local businesses.
Middle package (UAH 12,000-18,000): now it gets interesting. Custom visuals, video content, Stories and Reels work, comment monitoring, monthly reach analysis. Some agencies include influencer placements with small bloggers.
Paid social is a separate line item. Meta ad management runs UAH 3,000-10,000/mo plus the ad spend. If an agency offers paid social “included for free” — it means they’ll never actually do it: it’ll just be a boost-post button.
But the real thing that matters in SMM isn’t post count. It’s understanding the funnel: where subscribers come from, how they convert to leads. An agency reporting only reach and likes is spending your money on vanity metrics.
# Real cases: before and after working with an agency
Three real examples — company names changed at the owners’ request, but the numbers are verified.
Case 1. Kids’ clothing e-shop, Kyiv. Started with Netpeak in March 2024 with organic traffic of 1,200 visits/mo. After 9 months — 8,400 visits/mo, +600%. Organic order growth: from 18 to 140 per month. Budget: UAH 22,000/mo (~$535) on SEO. Payback in 7 months.
Case 2. Dental clinic, 2 branches. Launched Google Ads via iplace in June 2024. Lead cost before the agency — UAH 780 (owner ran PPC himself). After optimization — UAH 310 per booking. Ad budget unchanged (UAH 25,000/mo ≈ $610), monthly bookings rose from 32 to 80.
Case 3. B2B warehouse-automation service. SMM through IT-Artel since October 2024. Goal: not sales, but awareness among operations directors. Over 6 months — 3 inbound requests from LinkedIn, one closed contract at UAH 480,000 (~$11,700). At an SMM budget of UAH 12,000/mo the ROI math is easy.
Fair warning: these are the best cases they showed me. Failed results agencies don’t put on display.
# Red flags: when NOT to hire an agency
I’ve seen enough bad contracts to compile a list. Save it — you’ll need it.
Position guarantee in the contract. No normal agency guarantees TOP-1 because they don’t control Google’s algorithm. If the contract says “we guarantee TOP-3 for 50 queries” — those are either no-competition queries, or manipulations that will trigger algorithmic penalties.
No access to your ad accounts. An agency that creates ad accounts under their own login and refuses to give you owner access is holding you hostage. When the contract ends, you lose campaign history, audiences, and data.
Quarterly reporting only. This is 2026. Monthly report — minimum. Weekly Google Looker Studio dashboard — standard for any mid-level agency.
“We work by a unique methodology.” A normal agency explains what it actually does. If instead of specifics you hear “our experts know the algorithm secrets,” call the next one.
The most reliable test — ask the agency to show you a current, active client case in your niche. Not archival, active. A refusal is your answer.
# How to set proper KPIs for the agency
Most agency conflicts don’t happen because agencies work badly. They happen because the contract has no clear metrics.
What to lock in the KPI section:
For SEO: growth of organic traffic (%) on target pages, count of queries in TOP-10 / TOP-3, Domain Rating dynamics (Ahrefs). Not “positions for 100 keywords” — positions bounce, that’s not a result.
For PPC: CPA (cost per target action), ROAS (return on ad spend), CTR by campaigns. If the agency reports only clicks — that’s not a KPI, that’s budget-spending.
For SMM: reach of target audience, engagement rate, count of inbound inquiries from social. Likes and subscribers are secondary.
Standard mistake — setting KPIs for the first month. SEO works after 3-6 months. Reasonable practice: checkpoint at 3 months — interim audit; at 6 — KPI review and decision on renewal.
One more thing everyone skips: the contract should name who exactly runs your project — full name and role of the account manager and lead specialist. Because the director sells to you but a junior actually works — that’s a common agency practice, and only a contract clause protects you from it.

# Niche vs full-service: what to pick with a UAH 50,000/mo (~$1,200) budget
Practical question. Answer depends on one thing: how many channels you need running simultaneously.
If the task is SEO-only or PPC-only, niche almost always wins. No “generalists doing everything” — just specialists who’ve worked in one direction for years and know the niche nuances better than a full-service team.
Full-service starts winning when you have 3+ channels: SEO + PPC + SMM + email. Unified strategy, shared analytics, and one account manager — real savings on time and coordination.
At UAH 50,000/mo (~$1,200) — pick niche. Spreading $1,200 across “everything at once” means doing nothing well. Better: $850 on SEO and $365 on PPC with two separate specialized teams.
That’s my opinion, and it’s debatable. Some marketers will say fragmented contractors are harder to coordinate. True — but only if you don’t have an in-house marketer. If you have even one person watching the overall picture, niche agencies will deliver better results.

# Bottom line: how to decide without a mistake
The Kyiv digital agencies market in 2026 isn’t a supply shortage. The problem is different: too many offers, hard to verify because results take months to show.
Three steps that actually work:
Step 1. Request proposals from 3-5 agencies with the same brief. See who asks clarifying questions about your business and who sends a template. The first ones think about results; the second — about the invoice.
Step 2. Ask for case access, not PDFs with pretty numbers. At least one live project in Google Analytics or Ads Manager. Refusal — your answer.
Step 3. Start with a 3-month contract and clear KPIs. Don’t sign for a year immediately. A good agency will agree — because it’s confident in the result.

Часто задаваемые вопросы
How much does SEO cost in Kyiv in 2026?
Entry-level SEO starts at UAH 8,000/mo (~$200) — includes audit, technical fixes, 4-6 texts. Full promotion of a competitive commercial site runs UAH 20,000-35,000/mo (~$490-850). Top-tier agencies work from UAH 50,000/mo (~$1,220) on high-volume projects with linkbuilding and content production.
How to vet a digital agency before signing?
Request three cases with verified results in Google Analytics or Ads — screenshots don't count; you need access or a video recording. Check the agency on Clutch and DOU. Read employee reviews — poor internal management almost always shows up as poor client service later.
What's included in an SMM package at a Kyiv agency?
Standard package: management of 2 social platforms (Instagram + Facebook or TikTok), 12-16 posts/month, graphics design, comment moderation. Paid social is billed separately — typically UAH 3,000-8,000/mo for campaign setup and management plus the ad spend itself.
Full-service or niche — which is better for a small business?
For a small business with under UAH 30,000/mo budget, niche agencies usually deliver better results. They employ specialists focused on SEO only or PPC only, versus generalists doing everything at mediocre level. Full-service pays off when you need coordination of 4+ channels and unified analytics.
Can I work with a Kyiv agency remotely from another city?
Yes — most agencies switched to remote-first years ago. Access to your site, ad accounts, and weekly calls is enough. Physical presence isn't the issue — a contract with clear KPIs is. Same for foreign clients: many Kyiv agencies serve EU/US-based businesses.
